Values

Live by the Golden Rule.
We didn't create it, but we firmly believe it. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
Assume positive intent.
Work from the assumption people are good, fair, and honest, and the intent behind their actions is positive. Set aside your own judgements and preconceived notions. Give people the benefit of the doubt.
Use empathy to create win-win situations.
Look at every situation from multiple viewpoints and feelings. Discover what others need and find a way to help them develop solutions that meet their needs while still fulfilling our own.
Create a feeling of friendliness and warmth.
Every conversation, phone call, email, text, and voicemail sets a tone and creates a feeling. Pay attention to every interaction to ensure your tone and intent supports a positive and genuine experience. Make dealing with you an extraordinarily positive and memorable experience; creating with others a desire to return. This goes for internal team members and external clients alike.
Listen generously and genuinely.
Listening is more than simply not speaking. Listen with care and empathy to understand. Create a safe space for others to express themselves without judgement. Be present and engaged.
Communicate to be understood.
Know your audience. Write and speak in a way they will understand.
Set and get clear expectations.
Create clarity and avoid misunderstandings by developing mutually understood expectations up front. Don't leave a meeting or conversation with unclear next steps. Establish mutually understood objectives and deadlines for all projects, issues, and commitments. Where appropriate, confirm your communication by asking others to repeat back their understanding to ensure total clarity and agreement.
Time outs are welcomed.
Be comfortable enough to call a time out and allow others to do the same. If things are unclear, or seem overbearing, call time out. Then, ask for clarity. Ask for help.
Celebrate success.
Look for ways to acknowledge others in their good work - in all directions throughout our company. Share your own success so others can share in excitement. Catch people doing something right.
Be accountable.
Own your actions and their outcomes. Ensure others can trust you will deliver against defined expectations. When things don't go as planned, admit it, ask for guidance, and learn from it. Use those lessons to improve our processes so we don't make the same mistake again. Get smarter with every mistake. Learn from every experience.
Pay attention to details.
Details matter, plain and simple. Be a fanatic about accuracy and precision because everything you touch is a personal statement that bears your signature. Attention to detail shows others you can and will ensure you deliver your best work.
Deliver results.
While effort is necessary and appreciated, we reward and celebrate results. Establish goals, measure your progress, and hold yourself accountable for delivering those results.
Be quick to ask, and slow to judge.
Get the facts before making judgements. Don't make assumptions. Be curious about what information is missing to allow for a clear and complete perspective.
Value long-term relationships.
Our business is built on long-term relationships that are genuine and mutually rewarding, both internally and externally. Create an environment where others want to be with us for the "long-haul".
Practice blameless problem-solving.
Apply your creativity, spirit, and enthusiasm to developing solutions, rather than pointing fingers and dwelling on problems.
Find a way.
Take personal responsibility for making things happen - somehow, someway. Respond to every situation by looking for how we can do it, rather than explaining why it can't be done. be resourceful and show initiative.
Honor commitments.
There's no better way to earn people's trust than to be true to your word. Do what you say you're going to do, when you say you're going to do it. This includes being on time for all phone calls, appointments, meetings, and promises. Allow extra time for surprises and delays, and don't let these become excuses.
Lastly, keep things fun.
