What do I do if I'm the first one to the office or last to leave?

More than likely, you won’t be! We have very early risers and late stayers here at JH. But, in the chance that you do find yourself the first one here or the last one out, you will need to “lock up”.

First One In

               You will need to come through the front warehouse key fob entrance. When you enter into the building, the alarm will be set and will be beeping. You will go to the keypad and enter in your personal 4-digit code that you set up when getting your key fob. If your code does not work, the system may alarm and call authorities. To prevent this from happening, please call Morgan Lewis so she can help you disarm the system. If the system ends up calling authorities, that is okay, we will be called and can handle it from there.

Last One Out

               Please ensure the building is locked up and all the lights are turned off. The doors you will need to check are the back door in the break room, the main front entrance and the hallway door by the Summit.

               On your way out, please exit through the front warehouse door where the keypad is. You will enter in your 4-digit code to alarm the system. The system will give you 2 minutes till it is armed. The system will not arm if there are any doors open in the building.

Weekends/Holidays

               You made have forgotten something at the office on a day that we are not open. Please follow both the First One In and Last One Out steps during this time.
