How much vacation and sick time (PTO) do I get?

We offer 11 days of total PTO per year (prorated based on your started date). These days must be used the year they are awarded, as they will not carry over into the next year. After a team member’s 5^th year of employment, an employee will receive 15 days of PTO. After their 10^th year, they will receive 20 days.

Please put all PTO requests into Paylocity for approval from your leader. Half Days are available for use. Don’t forget to set your “Out of Office” in Intermedia (phone system), Outlook, Slack and JH Admin (if applicable).
