How often are performance reviews given?
We have a non-traditional approach to reviews. You will have monthly 1-on-1 meetings with your leader to go over your big accomplishments, your 30-day plan and any road blocks you have hit. This is also a time where your leader will give you feedback, if needed.
At the end of the year, this meeting will be more focused on looking back. You will also be looking forward and creating/assessing a 1-5 year plan that includes personal and professional goals, which you will work with your leader to reach them. Since you meet every month, any feedback given by your leader should not be a surprise, but more of a review with a plan on making your time here at JH great, at least on most days.
