
Our #1 goal is to create an environment where you enjoy coming to work (at least most days). A few ways we accomplish this is by living our JH values, outlining objective goals, strong communication, and empathetic service. If everything goes as planned this will not simply be a job, it will be a career where one day we get to celebrate your retirement. My door is always open if you want to discuss challenges, opportunities, or even the weather.


Our values help shape how we go to work everyday and remind us of what is important. We”re more about treating others fairly, than doing what ever it takes and letting the lawyers sort it out. Everything here is all stuff we know you know (or you wouldn't be here), but it bears repeating.

There are a lot of stories we are not at liberty to tell you, but suffice to say, from time to time we like to put down our laptops and put on our party pants. Whom ever decided that your job should be all work and no play isn't living right in our humble opinion.

We work in chairs at computers. Okay, there's a little more to it than that, so this section covers all the stuff you probably forgot in your onboarding. Buckle up, because there are a lot of acronyms, apps, contacts, multiple kinds of time (flex, personal, sick, etc.).
